The Rain

I stepped out into the rain,
let the cold water drown away my pain.
Everything hurt and blurred.
Only the rain can make it better- cured.

Bits and pieces missing from me.
Cold rain fogging up what I can't see.
Water drenching my hair and face,
filling me full of grace.
