Getting back into the Groove of things
I have been on sabatacle for too long. I'm breaking out my traditional tools of the trade, and my camera.... No digital work for a while. My computer is in desperate need of upgrading. It's over 15 years old, and macs aren't really good for upgrading after 8. So, my favorite thing to do is to work with what I have. Last year I painted on birch bark. Wish I had taken a photo of it before I sold it. It was really cool.

Time for Change
After over five years, II will be leaving my role as contributor to GDD. Many admins have come and gone. I had to take a leave when I became CV of the film gallery. And just as I took my leave from my volunteer position of the film gallery, I had to take a personal leave when my son was diagnosed with Autism three years ago. He has come a long way, but every day is an adventure.
i had to take a second leave in the winter of 2013, when I under went brain surgery to correct a seizure disorder that had been causing me disabling pain. I still have a couple years of recovery left, and as a full time mom, can only devote a limited amount of time t
